The Construction Career Cluster focuses on professions involved in designing, planning, managing, and executing projects in the built environment, emphasizing sustainable building practices to ensure that structures are both environmentally responsible and resilient. Students will prepare for careers in architecture and engineering in construction management, and in skilled trades. Through participation in a CTE Career Pathways, students learn how to become productive employees and gain the academic skills to increase their earning potential while still in high school, culminating in an industry-recognized credential of value.
